Accomplishments
For the last 13 years ran the Queens West project without help. At any given time there was up to 4 contractors on-site in addition to the building developers. Co-ordination was only part of the work. Overseeing all construction, inspection of work after completion, making field changes on the fly and obtaining all requisite approvals. Also packaged plans and spec for bidding in accordance with state contract law for all contracts. In the 1980's, due to contamination of groundwater was responsible for the design and construction of 37 miles of water main, 1 million gallon ground storage tank and associated water treatment.
