MAJOR PROJECT
PROJECT TITLE: Remote Irrigation Monitoring and Control Systems Using Smartphone.
DESCRIPTION: Our project helps farmers to easily access, manage and regulate their irrigation system for the water needs of crops using Smartphone for data transportation. The Irrigation control system is implemented to continuously monitor the soil moisture level. The system consists of Processor module, GSM Module, soil sensing system, pump switching system, regulated power supply system. The GSM based irrigation system may offer users the flexibility to regulate and control the operations of their irrigation systems with little intervention to reduce runoff from over watering for improvement in crop yield.
