Bachelor Degree Project: - Design, Modeling And Fabrication Of A Prototype For Automated Drilling Operation On A Car Door while Assembling. (2014-2015)

Description - Project dealt with automation of processes which are being done manually in industries mainly drilling. But the machine is been designed to automate any manufacturing operation such welding, cutting etc. Also, linear actuators were used efficiently for three-dimensional movement of the end effector. Perfect replacement to high operating and maintenance cost hydraulic and pneumatic actuators based automation machines.

Recent Project: - Modeling and Analysis of MEM based Spider Robot (2016) Description - Given project dealt with modeling of MEM's based spider robot. Project had an emphasis on 3D drafting using software's such as CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and critical analysis using ANSYS of spider robot. MEMS operates on micro level, hence dynamic analysis of its parts plays an important role in its operations. So, we had to do dynamic analysis of each part of robot. In project, we followed forward and reverse dynamics to evaluate all effective parameters and also verified it by MATLAB programming.
