Provided quality and operations expertise and leadership for a wide variety of social internet incubation projects by productizing a variety of research gems. Duties included both quality leadership and release management over up to 8 concurrent projects.

• Optimized the Privacy Review process impacting 20 projects through improved team preparation resulting 300% increase in productivity for Privacy Review board earning a commendation from the Privacy Director.

• As Release Manager drove the successful release of Halo 2 including a custom gold mastering technique making it possible to simultaneously release 8 language SKUs on schedule despite late delivery of final game builds.

As Test Manager over MSN Channel sites built a new test team while adding automation, stress, performance, partner coordination as well as client and server lab spaces.
