JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and monitor execution plans in accordance with project schedule.

Assist the project Engineer for weekly and monthly progress meeting with main contractor.

Responsible for incoming materials inspection with respect to approved specification data sheets of material approvals and quality plan.

Ensuring use of latest revision of all contract documents, contract specifications and engineering and standards.

Coordination with the Plumbing, Fire fighting and Civil departments in completion of project.

To understand the project procedures, specifications and engineering standards and to implement it. Work for achieving a good quality work.

Testing and Commissioning for Panel Boards and cables and Preparation of Reports accordingly.

Preparation of Handing Over Documents, Project checklist and As-Built Drawings.

Certification of Bills for Sub-contractors based on works completed.

Preparation of Bills based on the Project Progress and getting approval from Consultant & Client.

WORK DESCRIPTION

Laying & Termination of Cables for LV Panel, DG, DB, SMDB, Isolator Panels of HVAC Systems, Fire Pump Panel, Domestic pumps, and Lift Panels.

Installation of LV and Metering Panels, CT coils, SMDB, Lighting DB and Isolator Panels for all the equipments.

Study of Drawing and supervising to execute the Metal box for switches sockets and front plates and laying PVC conduit with proper GI pulling.

Testing the wiring system with merger on completion of work to ensure continuity and proper installation.

UPS wiring, Pole lighting, Camera cabling,TV Cabling, CCTV Cabling, Fire Alarm Cabling, Telephone & Public Address systems.

Laying of Cable tray and RCC hume pipes.

SITE MANAGEMENT

Managing material planning, recourse planning & manpower planning for overall operations for engineering projects within norms, participating in project review for evaluating project progress & de bottlenecking.

Ensuring completion of the project within the time & maximize the output; participating in weekly meetings with client to discuss matters related with site coordination & front availability for project progress.
