Planned project schedule and oversaw mission critical Eligibility work stream component of the largest migration and implementation project in the healthcare industry, Aetna /CVS. Oversaw delivery of both work stream and testing components. Successfully implemented 43 MED D clients (impacting approximately one million lives), then resolved 35 post implementation defects within a record time period of 4 weeks. Resolved client’s identified post Med-D /Medhock implementation issues, 148 issues, closing 80% within 8 weeks. Met performance guarantees requirements and avoided CMS audit. Project highlights.

Managed and tracked daily project task activities to complete tasks ahead of program due date.

Achieved status of only work stream in the program to stay on track over the year, resulting in least number of risks, issues, change requests, and defects than all other program work streams.
