Diversified significantly: going from 1 store to 2 (Camden and Hot Springs), and moving from a Computer Store to a Technology Store broadening its services to include: Satellite TV and Internet, Security & Video Surveillance Systems, IP-Phones, Wireless-based Internet, and Cellular Service (Alltel). This was all done while facing 2 long-term, entrenched competitors. At the time of my departure, Computer Medics had become the #1 computer service and sales provider for Camden, and 1 of the top 3 companies in Hot Springs.
