“Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition for Substation ”At Ennore thermal power station, Chennai..

Description:

This project is planned to introduce scada in the substation with the help of simple hardware and graphics. C based program is to be developed to interface the user andthe power system through scada computer. Mylapore 230kv/110kv substation is taken as a model for introducing scada.

KNOWLEDGE ENHANCEMENTS:

Attended handson training on “DCS AND PLC OVERVIEW” at Adhiyamaan college of Engineering,Hosur conducted by Technical school of Yokogawa India Ltd.

Participated in paper presentation as entitled as “DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM” at Adhiyamaan College of Engineering,Hosur.

Attended a workshop on “BASICS OF ROBOTICS” at Simple Labs, Chennai. Learn basics and gained knowledge over the operation and functions of robot.
