Duties and Responsibilities;
Directly reports to the General Manager of the Group Security in Singapore and vertically reporting to the Senior Manager for Administration and Corporate Affairs.
Providing leadership, guidance and support to the Contracted Security Force
(Detachment Commander, Asst. Detachment Commander, Shift-in-Charge etc.)
Responsible to submit the Daily Security Report to the President of the Keppel Batangas Shipyard with carbon copies provided to the Higher management and Singapore Group Security.
Providing swift response to emergency calls and problems.
Performing inspections, internal security audits and periodic risk assessment analysis.
Conduct investigations on any incident that may involve breaches of policies and regulations.
Conducting Walkthroughs with the Higher Management to regularly check condition of the facility and equipment. Proactively recommends specific measures to address noted security condition.
Responsible to conduct Security Orientations to all newly-hired employees and workers. Security policies and procedures are introduced and discussed to raise security awareness among employees.
Directly supervise CCTV operations and ensure protection of all relevant data and videos from unauthorized disclosure.
Professionally handling sensitive information pertaining to company security and protects the same from unnecessary disclosure.
Handling complaints in a diplomatic manner.
