1. Software Design,Analysis
and CAM program
generation for crank shaft
using NX
Crank shaft is an essential part of functional mechanism of an automobile which converts reciprocating motion of piston in rotational energy. This project deals with designing of crankshaft using NX9.0 software and analysis by using Hypermesh software, to evaluate mode shapes of crankshaft within a certain frequency range, with the help of software complete set of G code and M code required to work with CNC machine for manufacturing is also obtained.
2. Rotational stress Analysis
on the flywheel design with
suitable DOE(Design of
experiment)
This project is the validation of the statement that inertia does not depends only on mass and radius, it also depends on the way in which the mass get distributed, it explains the reason for using modern flywheel design by comparing the design with traditional flywheel designs and revealing their flaws and by this analysis we get the radial stress distribution diagrams of different flywheel design using optistruct solver.
Trainings
Vocational training from South Eastern Coal Field in year 2014:- Minor training held in SECl coal mines, situated in district Koriya,Pandavpara Coal mines where training in field of welding, operation of radial drilling machine,heavy duty lathe machine operation,nut threading machine, working of Universal drilling machine (Jumbo Jet), and transmission system using belt conveyer, method to get the belt tighten throughout the mines,methods to join two different belts ends in order to achieve continuous transmissions is taught and explained in the training for the development of ourselves.
Vocational training from Topworth Steel and Power Pvt. Ltd. in 2015:-15 days of over view of steel plant and description of Power plant accessories with the process view of material handling. Date :- 1 MAY 2017
