Dear Sir or Madam:

I would like the opportunity to pursue a career with your company because I believe my qualifications can be helpful to the requirements for job placement. Therefore, please accept my resume for your review and allow me to explain briefly how I can contribute to the future success at your fine company.

My studies at Spring Hill College provided me the opportunity to learn and analyze key concepts, principles, and practices associated with the field of psychology. I experienced in-depth studies of human behaviors. I received my M. S. Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of South Alabama which in May of 2009. Of course, I realize that there is a significant difference between academic studies and practical experience, that is why I feel that for the last 8 years I have gained extensive hands on experience.

I know that I am goal oriented, flexible, and will be a contributor to your facility because of my focus on the enhancement of the community, as well as, by supporting and advocating for those in need of services. I have many years’ experience with working with individuals and families in different settings. I also have administrative and managerial experience with working with teams providing these same services. I am willing to start at a lesser position, prove my worth and advance within the company. I welcome the opportunity to prove my performance skills and obtain more knowledge from you through any training deemed necessary to perform most proficiently. Thank you for your review and consideration. I look forward to meeting with you.

Sincerely,

Chantel M. Crum, MS
