Project Profile:

Electronic Arts is a gaming company project. The revenue, invoice, shipping details etc. are maintained in the data warehouse and data mart. This is an Application development, enhancement, maintenance and support project, where the reports are developed, generated and data loads are scheduled on a daily basis and then loaded to the data warehouse and data mart. Sales and Finance reports are generated on top of the data mart which is used by the customer.

Role: Technical & Project Lead / Onsite Coordinator / Developer / Team Lead

Responsibilities:

As a team lead in this project,

Develop production ready Tableau worksheets/dashboards from heterogeneous data sources using data Blending, joins, publishing customized interactive reports, report scheduling using Tableau server.

Create action filters, parameters and calculated sets for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau.

Restrict data for particular users using Row level security and User filters.

Experienced in Dimensional Modeling, Fact & Dimensional Tables, Star and Snow Flake Schema.

Extensively worked on data extraction, Transformations involving complex logic and loading data from various sources like Oracle database, SQL Server and Flat files, deploy code from test to production environment

Analyze requirements and designs solutions for projects and change requests.

Hands on experience in tuning mappings, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in various levels like sources, targets, mappings and sessions.

Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.

Worked independently with minimum guidance, Perform code reviews for other team members.
