Responsibilities included supporting VZW Store technology, such as BPK, POS tablets, MVE (My Verizon Express), Routers, Switches, backup solutions (APC UPS devices), CISCO phones, demo table/wall PCs and associated peripherals (touchscreen monitors), EPSON receipt printers, Verifone Signature Capture pads, Aruba Controllers (Wireless gateways and APs) and SMART beacons. Additional responsibilities included campus support of end user workstations on PC/MAC platforms. Printer troubleshooting and support (Ricoh). Troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity issues. Support of CISCO Routers and Switches. Support of APC UPS backup devices in the campus MDF/IDF closets. Resolution of trouble ticket issues for clients via phone and remote connectivity tools. Accomplishments are as follows:

•Supported regional headquarters (RHQ) campus of 5 buildings with upwards of 600+ end users, including executive leadership, as well as supported remote users using various remote connectivity tools.

•Managed projects for 9 retail stores in the East Bay and Contra Costa counties. Projects include store builds, remodels, technology refreshes, etc., and ensured all projects were completed on or before scheduled project deadlines.

•Maintained and managed inventory, upwards of $200k, for the RHQ campus and retail store locations throughout the greater Bay Area.

•Provisioned user accounts using Microsoft Windows Active Directory and ADUX.

•Worked with VZ support team members in support of a one week Migration Project to migrate over 200+ PC & MAC laptops from the HP Image to the Verizon Image.

•Replaced motherboards on multiple desktops and laptops that were originally deemed defective, saving VZW $3000 and preventing the need for the purchase of newer hardware.

•Arranged and coordinated required resource to assist with the BSR (BPK Secure Reader) project to replace and upgrade BPK doors that included a more secure credit card reader.
