Health Care Facility Design and Construction Administration

Current, local experience as assistant Project Manager/Job Captain and Construction Administrator for newly constructed, (7) seven story, patient tower facility. Daily involvement, as well as OSHPD coordination responsibilities, field issue resolution and code compliance solutions throughout all phases of project; from design development through phased construction, client occupancy and project close-out.
