Maintained records of personnel transactions such as new hires, transfers, terminations, status changes, involving qualifications by occupation, layoffs and recall notices pertaining to the hourly workforce, and employee statistics for governmental reporting.

Administered the Worker Compensation program, investigated accidents and prepared reports for the insurance carriers as well as ensure all OSHA logs were in compliance.
