Estimation of cable and hardwiring in Motor control panel and PLC panel,
Testing and configuration of VFD (Allen Bradley powerflex 755) & soft starter (SMC 3).
Commissioning of temperature transmitter (Danfoss), pressure transmitter (radix), level transmitter (Danfoss AKS4100),flow meter (ABB master control),flow switch (Danfoss AKS 38), actuators (Danfoss ICAD) and other sensors related to refrigeration units.
Complete testing of PLC Input/output units (Compact logic L18ER) in each Compressor PLC panel and SCADA (factory talk view studio).
Testing and troubleshooting the Rockwell MCC panel and interlocking.
Commissioning and testing of Air handling unit and decorative unit with water controlling actuator (rapid control) and thermistor.
