TITLE: ILM Enablement

A chief objective of ILM is controlling the data from its creation up to its final deletion (destruction). As soon as data is no longer needed in everyday operations, it is archived to reduce the database volume.

ILM Objects:

ORDER_PAYF (December2014-February 2015)-:

During the lifecycle of a loan, a customer may want to make announced unscheduled payments towards the total outstanding balance. Such payments are called Payoffs. It is required to have archiving for Payoff orders.

ORDER_DISB (August 2014-November 2014)-:

A loan can be disbursed completely (full disbursement) or in more steps (partial disbursement). The disbursement can have a payment date in the present or future. It is required to have archiving for disbursement orders.

The archiving should be configurable with business checks defined to ensure appropriate data is selected for archiving. This is required to ensure that data that is relevant for business processes like reversals, back-dated changes is available in the operational system.

Enabled the old archiving object into ILM enabled by providing new selection parameters and function modules.

TITLE: Enterprise Service Enablement

SAP has developed an advanced meta model and governance process to define and model enterprise services. Key concept is the business object model. Each enterprise service is assigned to a business object, representing a well-defined business entity or document.

Business Objects:

Work Item Management (March 2014-July2014):-

WIM is meant to monitor the exceptions arising out of posting related issues (PCO order) and process related issues (PPO order) from different instances of banking services system (segments) in a central system. The central system has a work list defined to which users are assigned. When a PCO or PPO is created in any of the segmented systems a notification is sent to the central system. Central system receives the notification and based on business rules assign the order to any of the work list.

Bank Account Entry Posting Resolution Request (January2014-February2014):-

A bank account entry posting exception is the exception for posting of a bank account entry. A bank account entry posting exception can occur during the processing of bank account payment entry or bank account payment distribution entry or bank account prenote entry. It covers the synchronous and asynchronous services for the business object BAEPRR.

FS BANKING Account Origination CRM EHP3.0 BO:PFS (July 2012 – August 2013):-

To strengthen customer processes (Financial Services) in the area of retail/mortgage loans to deliver user interfaces, product standards fulfillment and customer support for business operations for customer oriented processes.
