Recruited by the VP of Operations to be a key decision maker, leading and developing a high- performance supply chain to meet Apollo America’s growth. Full accountability for Vendors, Buyers, ! materials management, warehouse, shipping and receiving personnel. Outcomes:
Developed and implemented a plan to move to a drop-ship program from a stocking distribution model of Apollo UK fire products to better support North and South American sales. This greatly reduced inventory, lead times and warehouse requirements.
Managed the successful launch of the Siemens SBT program, working with the customer and the required vendors. The project was launched on time and under budget, including negotiated lower materials costs.
