C# Database Application Fall, 2016
Developed an application that allows nurses to handle data involving patient information, appointment details, and lab tests. Application was developed using the MVC design pattern and was designed to be visually intuitive so new users can be working with the application quickly. Used Visual Studio and C# to develop the user's application and MySQL for the database. Developed in two months on a two person team. Ruby on Rails Web Application Spring, 2016
A web application designed for teachers to create groups based on various student criteria. Teachers register, create and manage class groups, and invite students to join their created class groups. Invited students accept invitations via email and register on the website if they have not previously registered. Students then may take a survey for their classes within the dates that teachers set. Groups can be auto generated on the end date of the group surveys or generated on the teacher's whim and modified later by the teacher. Students will be informed via email and text message of their group. Developed in three months on a three person team using Ruby on Rails. Java Client/Server Chatroom Fall, 2015
A project that was split into two separate parts. The client software was to attempt connect to an IP and port address given by the user. A successful connection would notify the server, allowing the user to type and send text messages, which other users connected to the same server would receive. Developed in one week on a one person team using Java.

Applied previous knowledge by fixing bugs, assisting supervisors with development of software that can work with medical equipment, creating adapter classes to allow third party software to work with in house applications, developing tools to create and read in data from XML files, updating the company website in a small development team.
