Sonya K. Hicks, MSN AGPCNP-BC CWOCN
Objective
My personal strengths and skills as a community based Home Health and Hospice nurse, Wound Ostomy and Continence nurse (CWOCN) and nurse educator provide me with a strong knowledge base and foundation as a community based Nurse Practitioner. My desire is to practice full time in a practice with an adult- geriatric population focus. As a registered nurse for 26 years, I have developed a love for the adult-geriatric population. Now, as an adult geriatric nurse practitioner, I feel I can devote my knowledge and experience to assist this population to attain a health status that promotes improved quality of life.
