Created and implemented an Excel costing system for custom manufacturer of healthcare furniture with over 300 different products and a wide range of customizations. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of detailed Bills of Material on high-end healthcare furniture product line and custom products for the purpose of analyzing manufacturing costs and calculation of list pricing. Requires the extensive use of engineering drawings/prints, vendor quotation processes, export and manipulation of BusinessWorks SQL purchasing data from accounting system, advanced use of Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) and ability to converse with all levels of personnel and external stakeholders.
