Improved desktop-management software support program. Fannie Mae’s Desktop Packaging process was unorganized, difficult to monitor and follow-up on. Identified areas needing improvement. Initiated project to clean up operation, resolving backlog delinquencies and tweaking use of SharePoint to monitor key elements. Cut delinquent backlog 48%. Reduced request-to-delivery time 22% over one-year period.

Formalized complete product development process, CareFusion, new software startup lacked established project management methodology. Tasked to develop a complete Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and PM Deliverables. Worked across the company on buy-in and implementation of all templates and processes. Drove adoption of the process throughout the enterprise.

Reduced SDLC deliverables and SDLC complexity. Fannie Mae had rigorous SDLC requirements for deliverables and phase gate reviews. Hired to coach enterprise-wide project managers through the SDLC process, requirements and most frequently experienced pit falls. Increased phase gate pass rate on first review 8%. Was eventually able to cut SDLC complexity 34% and reduce time-to-market 27%.

Managed successful re-launch of worldwide web site. AOL – Time Warner looked to reestablish AOL.com website. Retained as lead project manager to develop and implement the program. Coordinated efforts of worldwide teams. Provided timely reports on project’s progress to all internal and external stakeholders. Executed go-live launch with no system disruptions or down time.
