• My experience estimating the of cost of construction for various Heavy Highway Construction improvement projects ranging in size and complexity from $5k to $125M, including parking lots, city streets, parks, freeways, storm drainage improvements, airports, and railroads.

• My responsibilities included the ability to interact with all management levels, payables, receivables, and field operations.

• My estimating experience includes generating detailed cost estimates, pre-bid inquiries, schedules, budget numbers, subcontractor participation, project budgets, subcontract agreements, securing major material components and generating purchase agreements, assisted in implementing cost controls, and packaging projects for turnover to field operations. Experience includes hard bid, cost plus, unit pricing and lump sum contracts.

• My Project management experience includes daily interaction with the client, scheduling, RFI’s, submittals, CCO’s, value engineering, partnering, tracking daily quantities, recognizing project changes, and initiating change order procedures.

• Design Build experience from conceptual black line design through project completion

• Experience working with various entities within the Public Works, Private Work, School District, Railroad, Military, Commercial and Industrial Construction marketplace.

• Primary experience in estimating the cost of mass grading and asphalt paving, with experience in concrete paving, underground utility installation including sewer, water and storm drain, various types of retaining and sound walls, and various indirect cost’s for critical project components.

• Proficient with digital media transfer processes throughout the bid and construction process. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications thoroughly.

• Experience with Microsoft Office products, Sure-trac, Scheduling Software, Agtek Takeoff Software, Hard Dollar Estimating Software, and HCSS Estimating Software
