Designed and delivered lessons using multimedia (speaking avatars, text, and video) and creating authentic assessments that address specific course competencies. Developed a MOOC version of the curriculum that was open to the public in October 2013.

Managed a 10,000+ volume library serving an elementary and a middle school. Initiated and managed projects to ensure that the library meet user needs. Delegated tasks library assistants and appropriate school personnel to meet project needs. Successful initiatives included reorganizing the library space to create areas for multiple student groups; organizing and cataloging a 200+ volume collection of professional books for teachers; implemented collection development projects as needed to ensure the collection included desired materials and to remove out of date and unused materials.
