Improved machine utilization of production plant at erhardt+leimer by redesigning a Jig/fixture in AutoCAD® which can hold more work piece at time than before.

As result after implementing this fixture the machine can produce 3 times the product than before.

Productivity Improvement by redesigning Assembly Workstation February 2015

Used principles of ergonomics and redesigned the assembly workstation.

Were able to decrease the assembling time and increase the productivity at Erhardt+Leimer.

ACADAMIC PROJECTS

Optimization of Bank Note Supply Chain of Central Bank August 2016

Developed a simulation model in SIMIO to simulate bank note supply chain and compared different scenarios and came up with the inventory system with which central bank could fulfill maximum number of banknote orders from the banks with minimum transportation cost of replenishments.

Decision Support System September 2016

Applied Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic to design a support system that acts as a virtual soccer selection management team that will select the best soccer team of 11 out of pool of 1000 players per the different situations.

Patient Flow in Emergency Department of Hospital May 2016

Developed a simulation model of an emergency department using SIMIO. Tested scenarios and their impact on patient throughput and waiting time by performing different replications.
