I was the owner so all the day to day operations were my responsibility including sales, marketing, meetings, scheduling, labor control and inventory management.

It was my job to handle customer service for Directv clients by incoming calls. I was number one in CSAT and Sales out of 343 employees. I was training employees in my 20 member team.
