Provide data protection support via EMC Networker, Avamar, Data Domain, and HP Data Protector for customers with hundreds of clients and various Operating Systems. Troubleshoot and resolve all aspects of backups and restores. Participate in annual Disaster Recovery (DR) tests with customers.

Provide Hosting and hands-on support for customers with equipment in our data centers. Follow all Change Control procedures when adding or removing equipment from the data centers.

Provide UNIX support for HP Service Guard clusters. Create and configure zones between Brocade switches, Quantum Scalar i6000 library, and various EMC storage devices.
