Cornelius Systems Inc - Berkley, MI - January 2006 to March 2014 Was responsible for servicing a very large territory in Michigan including some of Cornelius Systems largest customers. I serviced installed and trained on ATM's, currency counters, coin sorters and high end currency handling equipment such as cash recyclers, cash dispensers, self serve coin deposit systems and currency discriminators. Was responsible for tracking my personal inventory routing my day efficiently and setting up appointments for installs and preventive maintenance weeks in advance. Sales was also always on my mind I kept my eyes open for new bank locations and replaced aging equipment whenever I could. Field Service Engineer

Automated Business Machines Inc - Wayne, MI - August 1997 to January 2006 Was responsible for servicing Detroit while on the Co-op program at Belleville High School until I graduated in 1998 then I was hired on full time. I serviced currency counters, coin sorters and other cash handling equipment. I was thrown into situations many times where I had never seen the equipment I was expected to repair and was always able to do so. I learned how to trouble shoot extremely well and fine tuned my people skills. Automated Business Machines would service more than just currency handling equipment I also repaired forms handling equipment like check signers/protectors, high speed paper folder inserters, industrial paper shredders and precision paper cutters. Sales was important to me at ABM. I was able to replace many outdated pieces of equipment and bring new accounts to the company. My experience at ABM set me up for my career at Cornelius Systems.
