Preparation of the annual budget requirement including OPEX, CAPEX, Work program and PM program.
Check and validate the billings of tenants such as monthly utilities, air con usages, etc.
Establish KRAs, KPIs and other performance metrics and monitor compliance monthly.
Promote company initiatives to increase profitability, environment protection, increase market share and human resource development.
Conduct periodic performance appraisal of team members and monthly evaluation of service contractors versus established service level agreement (SLA).
Review, effect needed changes, negotiate and renew contracts with service providers. Perform periodic contract management.
Perform periodic reporting and presentation to the CPG management team during regular meetings.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary or as required by the superiors in order to accomplish work- related deliverables.
