CARRER SUMMARY

My work experience in Saudi Arabia, span over 26 years consecutive extensive exposure in various organizations. My career has steadily progressed from Senior Project engineer (Electro Mechanical) to the present position of a Senior Building Property & Facilities engineer.

By liaising with people at all levels, I am known my fairness, communication skills and ability to motivate, willing to both give and take advice, thus my confident approach ensure effective results. I derive immense satisfaction by sharing my expertise with other staff members.

With sound practical work background and adequate academic achievements along with vast in Kingdom experience as detailed below. I consider my self well equipped to cope with most arduous assignments.

My position has varied but has been consistent of good management level. By my association with wide ranging organizations, I have gained immense practical knowledge Technical, administration, management activities besides I am familiar to company policy and procedure matters.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE : Having more than 26 years’ Experience in Saudi Arabia

Presently I am working as a Chief engineer (Building Property & Facilities) in a Private Residence Palace (Jeddah -1243) in North Obhur, Jeddah.

Private office, Palace Management/HR & Project Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Operations – Building Facilities Operation and Maintenances, Power House, Chillers / HVAC, Reverse Osmosis plant, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Maintenance general maintenance (routine corrective and preventative), Mosque, Grounds & Gardens, Housekeeping, Transportation, Logistics ……etc.

From June 2014 to March, 2015 with A D A Engineering Co. Ltd, Jeddah.

Worked as an Electro Mechanical Senior Project engineer for their Prestigious Ten Villa Construction Project, Jeddah.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiate the project work plans as required to meet the project requirements.

Installation, Pre commissioning and handing over all electromechanical works at designated time frame.

Study all technical drawings, documents and any revision thereon.

Supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labors.

Assign the works to be done to the concerned Supervisors and Foremen and give full and extensive instructions.

Involving the project activities in daily basis and communicate with the clients.

Inspecting the routine site works, analyzing and resolving the field problems.

Inspecting the Electrical, Plumbing & H V A C works as per approved shop drawing and material specification.

Issuing the site instruction for any deviation in execution of works from approved shop drawings, specification and damaged works.

Knowledge of local authority rules and regulations.

Ensure the codes and standard regulations are enforced at all times.

Ensure that all workers are done in a safety manner.

Documentation of the project.

Prepare the payment certificate and follow up the unpaid invoices.

Initiate the purchase order for materials, drawings and payment certificates.

Refer the shop drawing, Specification, Technical details, Bill of quantities and catalogues.

Supervise all the project activities.

Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of works to avoid any type of incidents or accidents.

Complies with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of the Project.

From December, 2012 to May 2014 with Saudi Co. for Environmental Works Ltd. Jeddah.

Worked as a Project engineer (Electro Mechanical) for their Prestigious Incinerator installation Project, Rabigh.

From April 2005 to November 2012 with Saudi Ensas Co. Ltd. (A subsidiary of VOLTAS LIMITED – A TATA Enterprise) Jeddah.

Worked as a Project & Service Engineer (Electro Mechanical) for their various Construction, Operation, Maintenance and service projects in Jeddah.

FUNCTIONAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To plan and control 37 employees to ensure that they are being with in the workshop and site in right time.

Manage the supervisory staff of HVAC department to achieve the plans set forth in the assigned time. Tracking Man hours and productivity for all activities. Reviewing resources in line with the program requirement.

Develop the Preventive and corrective maintenance program for HVAC equipments (Various types & capacities of chillers, Package units, unitary type and ventilation fans) for the smooth operations of the project.

Monitoring and managing the performance of the Service department and review their activities and daily operation and maintenance plans and functions and submit the report to the concerned project director.

Prepare the BOQ for the equipment, materials, tools and consumable and monitor the warehouse for its inventory.

Analyze the performance of productivity and efficiency of all the staff ranging from engineers till technicians.

Diagnose and inspect the hard and technically complicated jobs and advise the concerned department accordingly. Co ordinate with the consultants of the sites and prepare monthly technical report to submit to the director.

Negotiating and finalizing the Maintenance and service contracts with clients.

Ensuring Safe working Measures at site as per Project safety Plan.

From April 2001 to March 2005 with AL ABBAR Co. Jeddah.

Handled various Operation and Maintenance projects as an H V AC Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop the preventive and corrective maintenance program and schedule for Centrifugal and Reciprocating chiller units ranging from 50 tons to 270 tons, AHUs, ERUs, fan coil units, Package units, and Ducted and mini Split units in order for the smooth operation of the projects.

Responsible for the Installation and trouble shooting of all refrigeration and Air conditioning units – Chillers, AHUs, ERUs, Fan coil units, Package units Ducted and mini split units.

Monitoring and managing the performance of the Service department and review their activities and daily operation and maintenance plans and functions and submit the report.

Responsible for the Maintenance and repairing the chilled water pumps and make up Pumps.

Perform the Material Purchase Requisition, Job orders and Technical reports for the projects.

Plan the job orders for the individual technicians to utilize the maximum Man-Hour in order to render the best service to the projects.

From December 1991 to April 2001 with Center for Technology and Services Co. Ltd. Jeddah.

Ten Years worked as an Operation & Maintenance Engineer (HVAC) for their following prestigious projects.

Internal Security Forces Housing Project, Jeddah.

Maternity and Children Hospital Project, Jeddah.

Saudi Arabian National Guard Hosing Project, Jeddah.

Responsible for the Operations of H V A C Department and various projects on the following guide lines.

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Post Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering, State Board of Technical Education, Kerala.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, State Board of technical Education, Kerala.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Attended Training Course in HVAC SYSTEM for Service and Maintenance of HVAC Equipments Organized By Dallah Trading Co. (TRANE) Jeddah.

Good knowledge of office soft ware’s such as AutoCAD, M S word, Excel, power point …etc.
