Project Description: Barclays Delivery Assurance Group was set to ensure Quality processes enforcement across various Barclay’s engagements running at Accenture India, Manila and UK centers. I was responsible for ensuring metric generation, Accenture Delivery Methodologies usage, Quality Assurance Review and Nonconformance Reporting.

Responsibilities:

Driving Metrics Program across Barclay’s 50+ projects.

Testing Control Procedures coordinator, reviewing and auditing the scorecards produced by various projects.

Coordinating processes like DRACA Reporting and ITG Audits.

Client: Accenture Quality Group Role: SQA Analyst

Project Description: The India Delivery Centre SQA SWAT Team was responsible for taking care of Non-Conformance Analysis reports, managing Delivery reviews for Executives, EBS Error analysis reports, PM Self-Assessment analysis and SQA effectiveness report at Industry Level, Operating Group & Growth Platform Levels.

Responsibilities:

Facilitating Senior SQA Reviews.

Creating and publishing Account, Industry and Country level Non – Conformance (NC) reports.

Preparing EBS Watch List Error Report, PM Discrepancy Analysis Report, SQA Effectiveness Report and ABACUS EBS Headcount.

Client: West Marine Role: Tester

Project Description: West Marine is a US based Boating/Shipping Company, which sells a selection of boating and marine parts via retail stores and online stores. The objective of this program was to improve usability and performance of their website and to add new functionality.

Responsibilities:

Providing requirement clarifications to Testing Team.

Provide status to Project Management Office.

Facilitate discussions between development and testing team.

Review the test scripts and help testing team with identifying positive and negative scenarios.

Project Description: The objective of this project was to develop a secure website that provides anytime, anywhere access to Guidant device and patient data collected by their Latitude Communicator.
