Meet with the JCP District Manager once per month to review any issues or concerns they have or

wish addressed. Document visit in an email highlighting the different issues.

Directly supervise the Retail Technicians assigned to Type 1 stores and oversee their performance

and work.

Control the purchasing and inventories maintained by Retail Technicians, and make all purchases

for Retail Technicians that cannot be made through a normal Johnson Controls vendor.

Manage work orders to service providers and follow up to make sure the work is completed and in

a timely manner.

Follow up on escalation notifications.

Oversee the Alliance Partner’s performance and keep an ongoing open communication level with

the District/Area Managers and the in-store staff of the Alliance Partner. Take direct action to

ensure all Service Level Agreements are maintained.
