February 2011- December 2011- Senior Administrative Officer, Legal and Compliance Department, Brac. Responsibilities included setting up the department from scratch. I was the first employee of that Department apart from the Director. My job included making proposals, procuring needed supplies, dealing with external stakeholders, helping to decide on employee needs etc. Was also responsible to manage new recruits.
April 2009- October 2010- Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Department, Sainsbury’s plc, Finchley Road. Responsibilities included serving customers, assisting them in finding their desired products, taking order over the internet and dispatching them accordingly. Promote different promotional campaigns such as Nectar Cards, operating the café at certain times and assisting new recruits in performing their job.
July 2007- February 2009- O’Level English Teacher and A ‘Level Law Teacher at the Aga Khan School Dhaka. Taught at Gateway, Mirpur Branch as a part time IELTS Teacher. Was responsible to teach and assist students with the four components of IELTS namely speaking, reading, writing, and listening. The class contained of individuals from diverse age groups and backgrounds. Lesson plans had to be devised and executed in such a way that everyone felt equally valued and enthusiastic.
