Identified market opportunity, secured first customer, presented business case and obtained funding to set up an incubator to fast-track a hospital efficiency solution to market.
Managed SCRUM teams and the development process.

Created and launched Periphonics Ineractive Solutions into the Telecom vertical, creating the out-bound marketing communication, call center marketing drives for both large financial and telecom businesses, and processes to support the customer responses.
Collaborated with major Service Provider customers like Bell Atlantic, Pac Bell, SBC (Baby Bells) to integrate service solutions in both AIN/IN (Intelligent Networks) and non-IN (SS7) networks to support both Call Center and Business (B2B and B2C) services leveraging Speech Recognition and TTS technologies.
