Worked closely with HR Director and the Technology Director of an oil industry manpower firm which provides services in Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Argentina, in the programming and implementation of a HR management software, using VB.NET and ASP.NET, capable of selecting candidates based on competencies, and evaluating performance during the project. Led a team of 3.

● Created 3 database schemas, 25 new tables and more than 100 new stored procedures in three months resulting in approximately 15% more app functionality and performance (DDL and T-SQL).

● Led the redesign of the App front-end in two months, including 2 outsourced designers resulting in more user friendly and more appealing interface.

● Created an algorithm in three weeks, linked to compensation, which evaluated individual performance based on project execution times, and quality of deliverables for all Latin American clients. ● The entire application was coded in VB.NET.
