Merchandise Business Advisor-Center of Excellence- As part of a team of Subject Matter Experts, the position required analyzation of processes and procedures within the company as it pertained to merchandising, sales, distribution, and implementation of product. Recommendations of fact based solutions were presented resulting in both retail and wholesale growth of the company.
Merchandising Assortments Consultant – Responsibilities included the consultative recommendations in writing, managing and supporting the New/Remodel Opening Stock Order. Advised retailer in the development of recommended assortments for growth in their market as well as niche opportunities. Worked with the store planning team in developing a store merchandise plan utilizing tools such as Alteryx for demographic and growth specifics.
Field Service Project Manager- Responsible for planning, coordination and supervising all aspects related to successful implementation of DTV growth projects, new stores, remodels and conversions. Responsibilities also included setting deadlines, assigning tasks and responsibilities to crew members and staff, as well as monitoring and summarizing overall progress.

Worked with individual store management as well as company buyer, vendors and set up crews. Developed plan for relocation and remerchandise strategy for Pewaukee location, new ground up. Responsible for seasonal buying and set ups for Holiday product as coordinated with company buyer.
