PROJECT DETAILS
Mini project: Anti-Lock Braking System using Pneumatic Description: This project is based on braking system of ABS in vehicle which will prevent it from locking of wheel while applying sudden braking with the help of pneumatic energy. I was involved in frame designing and material selections. Tool used: Solid works 2015, Arc welding and Lathe works.
Main project: Design and development of drilling unit chamfer unit and chip ejector unit for Special purpose machine.
Description: This project is about designing and developing of drilling, chamfer and chip ejector units for SPM machines. These production units are used in SPM for machining diffuser component made up of stainless steel. I was involved design calculation and material selections. Tool used: Lathe, sheet bending machine, welding machine and solid works 2015. CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
• Secured AIR 55th in SAE NIS INDIA EFFICYCLE 2015 held at Punjab.
