About Me

I am a passionate and driven person who loves to set high goals and achieve them. I try to find the positive aspects in everything and everyone around me. I would describe myself as half artist, half computer nerd. I have been meshing the two together since 2009 by creating digital paintings. I created a career for myself doing digital portraits / caricature commissions and live party events to satisfy my need to work in the field of my passion. When I’m not working hard trying to perfect a new skill, you might find me discovering a new series on Netflix to watch with my girlfriend or trying out a new recipe that I found on Youtube

BMN Inventory (MEAN)

An Inventory management web app built specifically for companies that buy in bulk from manufacturing companies and sell to retailers. This app helps track the orders that were sent and received from the factories, and displays the current inventory to the retailers that would like to buy from them.

BMN Inventory (iOS)

A mobile version of the web app. It can do everything that the web app does, but through the convenience of your mobile phone.

Goal Tracker (Python)

A goal tracking app that assists you in making, tracking, and accomplishing your goals. This app was made based on my passion for setting goals and working piece by piece to achieve them.

KTANE Helper (JavaScript)

A helper app made specifically to help the user through the game “Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes”. Using the simple interface, the app gives instruction based on the user’s input on how to defuse the bomb.

Experience

CaliCaricature, Santa Cruz, CA

LEAD ARTIST/SALES GURU March 2015-September 2015

Managed and lead a team of 12 artists in the operations of two caricature booths at the world famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk during the peak summer season. Making sure the artwork done by the team and customer interaction was top quality. I developed a Sales training program to enhance the team’s sales potential, which lead to a record breaking year in sales.

Interac America, Kitakata, Japan

ENGLISH TEACHER August 2015-March 2016

Created and taught English lessons and activities for students, grades 1-8, in Kitakata Fukushima Japan. Classroom sizes varied from 4-30 students. Experienced living in a different culture and being surrounded by a language I wasn’t fluent in. When I wasn’t preparing lectures for my students, I was studying Japanese to communicate with the school Staff.

Fun Caricature, Seoul, South Korea

DIGITAL PAINTING TEACHER 2010-2012

Created and taught a class on Digital Painting techniques in Photoshop. Taught a class of 6-10 students, taking them from no digital painting experience, to painting fully rendered portraits and landscapes in 6 weeks.
