Wrote User, Administration, and Developer Guides using XMetal

(DITA) and FrameMaker with WebWorks Publisher. Products included: TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks TM, an integration product suite for enterprise, web, and mobile applications based on standard protocols (SOAP, JSON/REST, WSDL); TIBCO BusinessConnectTM, a B2B gateway for trading automation.
