My purpose and career objective is not only to be part of a great team but also to add value to the Organization.

I am willing to tackle any role, as long as I belong to a team that conveys respectfully and honourably the mission statement of the Company Leadership.

EDUCATION

2005-2009: PhD IN CHEMISTRY: CNRS UMR 8612 (INSTITUT GALIEN), SCHOOL of PHARMACY, PARIS. Photosynthesis of derivatives [60] fullerene-amino acids: reaction mechanism and adducts number modulation”.

2004-2005: MASTER DEGREE OF CHEMISTRY-BIOLOGY: ERRMECE Lab, UNIVERSITY OF CERGY PONTOISE, PARIS XII UNIVERSITY, FRANCE;

“Specialized Master in physical and chemical characterisation of SAM : protein structure and in vitro tests”.

2003 – 2004: MASTER DEGREE OF CHEMISTRY: SOSCO Lab, UNIVERSITY OF CERGY PONTOISE, PARIS XII Specialized Master, synthesis of fluorinated imines and oxazolidines derived from amino-alcohols and organo-metallic reactivity.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

COLLEGE OF PHARMACY- DOHA, QATAR: 2013-2015

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT FELLOW:

- Diffusion studies of letrozole gel using Franz cell simulating trans-dermal route of drug administration.

- Sample analysis was conducted using UPLC and LC-MS/MS. WEILL CORNELL MEDICAL COLLEGE –DOHA, QATAR: 2012 –2013 RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT FELLOW:

- Cationic lipids evaluation as non-viral vectors for the cellular delivery of nucleic acids.

- Preparation of liposomal formulations.

- Cytotoxicity and knockdown studied on HR5-CL11 cells. UMR CNRS Lab, SCHOOL OF PHARMACY, PARIS – FRANCE 2010 - 2012 POSDOCTORAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE:

Project 1:

- Design of biodegradable siRNA-loaded nanocapsules tailored to the regenerative treatment of nerve lesions, displaying an efficient siRNA encapsulation and a controlled release but also a controlled degradation profile.

- Nanocapsules preparation using biodegradable polymer: characterization, encapsulation efficiency, in vitro release study and cyto-toxicity evaluation.

Project 2:

- Pharmacokinetic and bio-distribution of ddI pro-drug and squalenoylated pro-drug formulations in rats.

- Oral route administration on rats catheterized on the jugular/ blood samples collection/ plasma analysis by LC-MS/MS

- Administration of radio-labelled pro-drugs and collection of blood samples and organs. Results were studied by counting the radioactivity in each sample. LABORATORY SKILLS
