Work / Internship Experience
Fair Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Guntur, India. July 2013-May 2016
Role: Testing Engineer and Asst. Programmer
Developed an application which is mainly used for billing purpose on a LINUX operating system 93, GL14 POS devices.
Monitored and analyzed troubleshoot problems in the code.
Contributed in architecture of software products.
Examined and evaluated testing procedures on SQL queries.
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Hyderabad, India. Feb 2012-May 2012
Project: Testing of Turbo Generators
Analyzed the operation and working of 2-pole turbo generators, stator and rotor in it, winding of coils.
Conducted tests on rotor winding and stator coils during manufacturing, process test for balancing and over speeding of rotor.
Evaluated shaft voltage, rotor impedance, short circuit ratio and insulation resistance of stator and rotor windings.
Engineering Project Experience
Wireless Data Transfer Using LIFI technology Jan 2017-April 2017
Developed a VLC prototype for transmission of data through light by using MAX232, Atmega 89c2051, LED bulb and MATLAB for image processing.
Analyzed the output after Image reconstruction and compared with the output of WIFI technology.
Advanced Active Power Conditioner to Improve Power Quality in Micro grids Jan 2013-May 2013
In a micro grid, large and sudden changes in the load may result in voltage transient of large magnitudes in the AC bus, to overcome this drawback the Active Power Conditioner is implanted as a power interface between the renewable energy sources and the AC bus of the micro grids.
Investigated different case studies with the APC simulated in the Mat lab Sym Power System and the simulations results have shown a good steady state.
A prototype of the APC is being installed in order to test the feasibility of the control algorithm in real conditions.
Power Quality Based Performance Analysis of a Dual Buck Converter Fed Four Quadrant Drive
Sep 2012-Dec 2012
Investigated the operation of the separately excited dc machine in each of the four quadrants by using symmetrical multipulse modulated, improved power quality, single-phase, dual buck converter.
Analyzed the characteristics of DC machine in all modes of operation by using SIMULINK.
