Setup CICS EJB server under CICS TS 2.2. Researched, designed and implemented CICS EJB PLEX.

Setup CICS TS 2.2 JVM to provide RMI-IIOP communication between LDAP and EJB running in WebSphere.

Supported CICS connectors into WebSphere on z/OS and Wintel.

Participated in CICS TS 1.3 ESP program and implemented CICS inbound IIOP CORBA support under CICS.

Headed a project to find a product that will automatically convert existing CICS 3270 screens into Web front-end without programming. Piloted the following products and features: CrossPLEX, NetCICS, InnerAccess, Hostbridge, VisualConnect, Jacada and CICS 3270 bridge, FEPI & CICS WEB Interface.

WebSphere MQ V 1.2 – 5.3.1 & MQSI V2.1 support

Supported MQ Network, which grew from 5 to over 100 Queue Managers in 4 years. Troubleshoot and resolved MQSeries problems and work closely with project managers to gather/define requirements. Worked with MQ developers, assisting with architecture, design, development and implementation of messaging and integration applications designed to turn business needs and requirements into technology solutions.

Provided backup support for WebSphere MQ Integrator Broker (MQSI) on AIX.

BMO Harris Trust and Savings Bank, Chicago, Il - May, 1989 to Dec, 1997

As a Systems Software Assistant Vice President, was responsible for management and planning for all CICS related projects as well as actual CICS support and maintenance in MVS/ESA environment.

Managed CICS consultants and was acting as CICS Project Leader, during Harris Bank DataCenter consolidation with Bank of Montreal, Canada.

Upgraded CICSPLEX of 25 regions to CICS/ESA V4.1.

Designed and implemented CICSPLEX to support Harris Bank acquisition of 80 Banks.

Implemented Shared Data Tables.

Installed and fully automated OS/2 based file transfer system, using Attach/2, WITT, and REXX scripts.
