The objective was to conclude which concentration would work best of both sodium alginate and calcium chloride that would tend to form calcium alginate with highly stable particle
The data analysis showed that there is an increase of the particle size with time. However, the data analysis of some concentrations showed a drop in the particle size with longer time.
