●Installed an email archiving solution and was nominated for AOTMP enterprise project of the year award for an eDiscovery project that saved Alon $50,000.

●Maintain an aggressive antivirus solution up to date in order to keep viruses off client computers, servers, and email using Trend Micro NeatSuite products.

●Maintain Tipping Point IDS device and ensure connectivity, updates, and software performance to keep out intruders, viruses, trojans, malware, etc. from the network.

●Maintain and configure Wan links to Big Spring Refinery, Alon Asphalt, terminals, and SC Stores. Wan links include 12 56kbps MPLS frame relays, 5 128kbps MPLS frame relay circuits and 2 T-1 links into Alon, plus a T-3 internet connection.
