ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Skills

Fitter

(Advanced) 9 to 10 Year

Over my 13 years as a welder I have also added the skill set of fitter /fabricator. Now knowing the importance of a fitter I

really appreciate this skill set because a good fitter makes a even better welder. Reading and pulling a tape measure can

make just that much of a difference in a productive weld. This is a skill I think everyone should learn so they can know the

difference and learn why there is a tolerance for gaps usually being a1/4 inch greater are lesser before it can be welded

Plasma

(Advanced) 9 to 10 Year

I am a skilled professional in plasma cutting. This process is similar to a cutting Torch but burns a lot hotter and is a little

different when it comes to speed and precise cutting. Although very dangerous and harmful to the eyes this method of

cutting is very unique and time saving.

Welding

(Advanced) 9 to 10 Year

Over the past 13 years I have developed into a mature and professional Welder, using many different methods to weld all

different types of metals in all different types of positions, such as overhead, flat, horizontal, and vertical in more than one

method such as Stick, MIG, and Flux core. I have welded rare metals such as Constantine, Aluminum, Stainless Steel and

Inconel. Which gives me an advantage on alot of welders because some are most have never even seen are heard of

these metals. I am good at what I do and I love what I do. Over Head Cranes

Experienced in the proper way to use Over Head Cranes, such as checking all straps and chains properly before lifting.

Knowing the correct Crane to use before lifting and the weight capacity of each Crane and the degree your strap are chain

should be before lifting and the correct travel speed while moving through the facility.
