Recruited as a mid career specialist to join a special team for coiled tubing services and applications on TOTAL EP, British Petroleum (BP) and Cobalt deep sea locations for Tubing disappearing plug (TDP) & Flow Integrity Valve (FIV) opening, clean out operations and setting/retrieval of plugs. Thorough inspec- tion, maintenance and function testing of CT spread before mobilization to meet company and clients ex- pectations. Managed and supervise team of eight on daily tasks in the office and on clients’ locations. Identified and ordered spares that are needed for maintenance. Coordinated and guide third party and vendors on equipment certification and supplies. Arranged equipment stack yard for accessibility and or- derliness.

Started my career as supervisor trainee in 2006, on this role, I was opportune to run and operate coiled tubing and nitrogen equipment on clients locations and reported directly to supervisors in grade II & III. I learnt very fast and did excellently well in the in-house training, this made my confirmation as service supervisor faster than usual. Key Contributions:

• Learning and understanding CT operations, understudy senior supervisors on the use of com- pany softwares, equipment and mode of operations which comes with following standards and all safety procedures as laid down by the company.

• Rig down/Rig up CT Spread, this ranges from site visit for appropriate planning, equipment spotting and rig up on site that precede successful operations.
