great american appetizers - July 2014 to March 2015 I use to pack the appetizers into the cartons and pack the completed cartons into the boxes. On most days I was in batching helping prepare the ingredients to b mixed in the machine. Most of the time I have to do the paperwork work because the food is measured and weighted. Towards my ending days I was moved to shipping. Where I was an assistant. I had to do all the paperwork and make sure the foods in the freezer where organized from good to bad. I also made sure the dates matched and the product was right. EDUCATION
