*These projects were taken by me from initial site purchase, town planning, financing, market development, and construction & sales.

For the past eight years I have incorporated elements of “Green Energy” & “Energy Saving” into all of our designs whenever practical and cost efficient. These include:-

1Evacuated Tube Solar water heating panels

2Geo-Thermal ground well heating

3Air heat exchange units

4Green insulation

5Passive House material and design elements (windows & wall construction etc.)

6Rain Water Harvesting

I have advised clients of the types green energy that would be appropriate for their project. This would include the estimated ‘outlay return’ periods for their investment.

As this type of technology is still relatively new, generally a project such as this would involve working with a specialized design team consisting of engineers, the main contractor, specialist sub-contractors, specialist suppliers and the town planning and development departments.

I am LEED Green Associate Accredited & OSHA30 Certified.
