DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES–RIGGING
Preparation of rigging documentation, rigging Plant list, daily equipment time sheet and other all documentation related Rigging activities
Handling / Issuing third party inspection/ certification and correspondence to Bechtel clients.
Preparation of inspection reports and third party VELOSI.
Arrangements of New/Renewal Riggers training and certification
Handling of FMR-MWR-BPS.
Delivering of Toolbox Talk.
Inventory Control. Total 30400 rigging gears.
Worked with Crawler Crane CKE 12000 and Mobile Crane 250-350 Ton also involved in heavy lift & Structure, piping erection holding TUV & VELOSI Rigger II Card / Certification gain good Experience and good dealing with Riggers.
Use of clear and distinct signals (either by hand or radio) to control lifting operation.
Focusing on the wind speed and direction.
Ensuring that no load is to be lifted where the weight is not stated or unknown.
Be familiar with the lifting capabilities of the crane
Checking of lifting equipment being used is in good condition, certified for use correctly Color coded.
Ensuring about Tagline are attached always to loads that are likely to swing.
Keeping in view any obstructions within the crane radius and working area.
Inspecting of the area around the load to be lifted is clear and that the load is not attached to the floor, transportation cradle or adjacent equipment.
Handling inspection about load whilst lifting is in progress that no one under the suspension Load.
Indicating the Crane operator where the load has to moved / placed and, where possible, He should follow each load to its destination.
While lifting a load, stop the load just clear of the ground to check security and balance of The load, and check the proper function of the crane’s hoist brakes.
Handling of load chart, lifting plan, storage and handling of Rigging gears
Delivering of tool box talk.
Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
