Responsible for Curriculum Design and Development of all Work Management/Reliability and Maintenance materials for worldwide deployment of BP’s Backbone SAP/Maximo deployment. Was one of only four work stream leads who facilitated sustain, deployment, and retrofit training. Developed relationships with R&M SMEs to learn the business process, and then redesigned the existing curriculum by merging those processes into a task/scenario based learning delivery system which incorporated high level information delivery, guided demonstrated, student practice, and feedback and discussion sessions.
