Responsible for Technical Training of PG&E’s SAP based Design Optimization Process and Standardization Program. Course centered around the segmentation of Electrical Maintenance and Construction Estimation and Job Planning for Internal Operations and New Business Customers. Provided instruction of custom Field Note Templates, Electronic Form Generator, and AutoCAD designed templates. Responsible for Maximo 7.5 Asset Management training with emphasis on Maximo Start Center Configuration, Work Management Process, Work Order Creation, Feedback Tracking, Supply Chain, Inventory, Advanced Query generation, and Reporting. BP Oil and Gas, Senior Instructional Designer and Backbone SAP/Maximo Work Management Deployment Lead, August 2013 – January 2015.

Responsible for Curriculum Design and Development of all Work Management/Reliability and Maintenance materials for worldwide deployment of BP’s Backbone SAP/Maximo deployment. Was one of only four work stream leads who facilitated sustain, deployment, and retrofit training. Developed relationships with R&M SMEs to learn the business process, and then redesigned the existing curriculum by merging those processes into a task/scenario based learning delivery system which incorporated high level information delivery, guided demonstrated, student practice, and feedback and discussion sessions. Components of these Learning Delivery systems included classroom presentation decks, facilitator/trainer guides, software simulations using Oracle UPK and the Assima Training Suite. For Retrofit training created Retrofit Training Aids which communicated release changes to previously deployed regions.
